Camping!

So you’re going camping or to a festival. Fun! But it may not be as fun for your skin: days of sunlight, dust and sweat exposure. Say goodbye to your normal diet and hello to dehydration. Not a great recipe for smooth, clear skin - but it doesn’t have to be that way.

 

Here’s what I recommend:

 

Before Leaving

On the night before you leave, make sure to sleep with a night cream rich with antioxidants. (link to prebio Age-Defying night cream)

 
 

While You’re There

Wash your face with a soap that is rich with Hyaluronic acid (link to soap), which helps maintain the balance of the epidermal barrier without causing dryness.

Use sunscreen throughout the day.

Make sure to stay hydrated, and drink two cups of water for every caffeinated drink, as caffeine dehydrates the body and the skin.

 

Back Home

As you come back, treat yourself to a mini, home made, treatment:

 
  1. First, cleanse the skin with Hylorenic cleansing foam. (link)

  2. Apply the same soap on dry skin;  Let sit for 2-3 minutes and rinse off with water.

  3. Apply eye cream link to the Argan eye cream, Neck & Decolette Cream link, serum link to Master Serum, and the moisturizer of your choice.

 

During the three days after your return, remember to drink green shakes, eat leafy greens and vegetables and drink lots of water.
